Print Production Associate/ Label Department

This position will work directly with our proprietary product, DigiFLO -  a powerful web platform that enables organizations to streamline the process in which marketing materials and other printed products are distributed to the field. Our custom platform includes inventory management, customized storefront, approval routing, PDF preview, order archive, and more.

DESCRIPTION

Provide high quality, customer-responsive turnaround of internal District print jobs in a cost-effective production environment. Responsible for all aspects of printing, assembly and distribution of production work including scheduling, planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all jobs are delivered on-time, expedite operations that delay or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.

  • This role be for producing printed labels specifically.

  • Perform production (printing, laminating, die cutting, saddle stitching, handwork, scoring & folding equipment, labels, and other packaging services etc.) and delivery of completed job orders; set-up and make plates for printing press as needed.

  • Complete and maintain all required paperwork, print requests, documents, etc. Keep job ticket information complete, accurate and current.

  • Participate in training activities, committee or other special assignments as requested.

  • Perform tasks and duties relevant to any of various roles or responsibilities assigned by supervisor and determined by management to be appropriate for this position; comply with all policy, procedure, regulation and other communicated requirements as may be in effect for the workgroup or worksite.


Pay: From $14.00 per hour Full time with overtime opportunities

Assistant Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Participates in the packaging and transfer of goods to customers of DMS Color

  • Ensures package contains correct contents and is shipped to designated location.

  • Reviews and monitors inventory transactions in DigiFLO system

  • Use of Excel

  • Adheres to operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.

  • Batch uploads to UPS/FedEx to create shipping labels

  • Ensures materials issues and receipts are completed on a timely basis

  • Ensures shipping transactions are accurate and timely

Education / Experience:

  • College degree preferred.

  • Current driver’s license in good standing

  • Experience with Excel

  • Experience doing batch uploads with UPS/FedEx

  • Setting up freight shipments

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to apply concepts of basic math

  • Demonstrated ability to meet productivity standards

  • Attention to detail

  • Sound judgement and decision-making skills

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.


Pay: $13.00 - $21.00 per hour, Full time

Fulfillment Manager

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily/weekly customer deliveries

  • Manages our fulfillment team and ensures that members stay on task

  • Ensures materials issues and receipts are completed on a timely basis

  • Manages physical inventories, working with other team members to reconcile inventory

  • Complies to all existing safety policies and procedures

  • Ensures inventories are accurate and perform cycle counts

  • Pulls from current inventory, box up materials, and make sure that everything is properly sealed

  • Strong attention to detail

Education / Experience:

  • High school diploma, general education diploma (GED), or equivalent work experience, shipping/receiving and warehousing experience a plus

  • Current driver’s license in good standing

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Willing to learn and work as a team player

  • Demonstrated ability to meet productivity standards

  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs

  • Positive attitude a must
